Before knowing about 'ARTICLE 13' you should know what is 'ARTICLE 11'?

  • ARTICLE 11: Basically article 11 is a 'European copyright Law'. Before going in depth remember one thing that, this copy right law is mostly related to Internet. Now you are thinking that,It is related to Internet So; "How can it will affect on our Social Surrounding?"Don't go back Keep patience!                        Some days ago In A vote of European Parliament about Copyright Law, In there " The final vote was 438 in favor and 226 in against. In that moment the European Parliament want to run this Law from January 2019.Actually article 11 is "The Copyright Directive".

          Actually " article 11" telling that any body can't copy Or share the preview of any Link.( Example- When you are browsing News Feed on Facebook then you can see the preview of any link that was shared by anyone on there).  You need to know that 'Article 11' is related to these things. Now any Link's preview on internet you can't copy and use it for any other platform.

* Article 13: In this content 'article 13' is the main Law about COPYRIGHT. Article 13 the directive of copyright.

                When any creator of  Youtube upload a video on youtube that is included copyright material then the video is easily upload on youtube though the content is including copyright material. In that case when the copyright owner know about this then there is TWO different options for the copyright owner that is- 

                1.The owner of the content can do COPYRIGHT claim to Youtube, In                                                                      these condition youtube will delete the video from there platform.
         
              2. In that moment the content owner can choose monetization share option from youtube, In this condition youtube will give the copyright owner 50% of income that was generated from the video. 

# Advantages of article 13: If  European parliament run this Law from this month Then there are many advantages for running this Law. 

                1.After running this Law by European Parliament anyone can't use copyright content         from any social media platform for their business purpose.

                2.The most important Topic of this Law is to "Protect The Creativity".

                 3.So, when this Law is about protecting Creativity, then there is very powerful advantages for genuine creators;for this condition any body can't use any 'copyright content' in any social media platform(Facebook,Twitter, Instagram,Pinterest,G+ Ect.) with Youtube (Even Can't do this "under fair usage policy").                                              
 

!!Disadvantages of article 13: People's are guessing that article 13 will be publish in the end of this month; if this will be true then there are huge disadvantages for this Law.

               1. Most of the big youtuber and many other content creators are desperate after hearing the                     trouble matter about this Law Because, If in the final vote is favor with Article 13 then                          this will be run to all the 28 European countries.

               2. The major factor of this Law is, it will be affect on the content when the content will be                          Edit. Because the content editor can't use any type of downloaded Music,                                                  Images,Sound Or any kind of Videos.For this they can't create more and more videos                            Or content and they will close their work.
      

                       And this will destroy the growing of Internet/Online or Any kind of social Media Platforms.      
                        

How you can save your Internet:  Now the main topic is come. Do you know you can save your Internet from this Dangerous Law? For this you do not have to do much things. You just have to do a little bit. So, in such a condition you have share three word with #; The word is-#SAVEYOURINTERNET Or you can use #SAVETHEINTERNET without using any space then share it on your Social Media accounts.That's it.
